Steve Jeffery (a.k.a. BCee) is owner and manager of Spearhead Records. Currently a resident San Antonio, Ibiza, BCee is also a drum n bass DJ and artist. In 2002 BCee alongside Doug Ross aka Kubiks launched Rubik Records. Collaberating with Kubiks and Lomax, BCee has had a string of releases over the last couple of years and also mixed Rubik Records, liquid funk mix Vol.1 b2b with Kubiks.
